Where is my Pro license?
Open My account → Subscriptions on Pay. Active entitlements and store subscriptions are shown here.
I bought Pro on the store - why am I Basic here?
Pay syncs licenses from the store. Sign in with the same email as the purchase. If it still looks wrong, use the form below with your order number.
How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot password on the Pay sign-in page, or change it under My account → Security while logged in.
Can I manage renewals on Pay already?
Renewals still process on the store backend for now. Status and history are on Pay; new Pay checkout is next. You don’t need WordPress My Account for this.
